The Dynatrol DJ level switch is designed for application to either high or low point level detection of bulk solids. The detector operates successfully on applications such as baghouses, cyclone separators or above airlocks to maintain consistent results on cement powders, minerals, and other granulated materials.
Constructed for a long operating life, Dynatrol DJ level detectors require no adjustments and have no moving parts. There are no gaskets or seals to deteriorate. They withstand dusty environments and work well in vessels equipped with vibrators. The detectors are virtually wear-free. Many Dynatrol level switches have been in service for more than 25 years.
Installation is simple: The level switch mounts through a ¾-in. half-coupling at the point of desired level detection. Specialized units are available for temperatures in excess of 500 F. Approved for Class III services, as well as for Class 1, Groups C & D. Class II, Groups E, F & G; Class III.
